Xavier’s attention to detail and diligence got us our dream home and sold our house at a price above our expectations. There isn’t enough I can say about our experience with Xavier Williams. My wife and I decided to start looking for our first home in September assuming the process would be lengthy and arduous. Since our first meeting with him, we knew we made the right choice. Xavier went into detail asking about our current situation and what our goals were and immediately got to work putting together a plan for us. He was thorough in presenting the most meaningful options and financial products for us. While viewing homes he provided great insight from his experience and let us know what to look for and expect during each step in the process. He went out of his way to make sure we were up to speed and increasingly knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate and not just the impending sale. He got us thinking about our future and how we want to grow and manage our real estate portfolio to create a sustainable and lasting change for our family. Once we had an offer accepted, Xavier was there to explain every detail to help us plan and make decisions. Even when our timeline was getting short, Xavier was engaged and ready for us to close on schedule and had amazing communication with the seller agent to make sure there were no surprises. We’re now in our new home and couldn’t be happier about the home itself, our neighborhood and everything fit within our original goals. I wouldn’t recommend another individual to work with and will stick with Xavier for all of our future real estate needs. He’s that good and makes the process easier to navigate. Amazing! This has been our word and thoughts through out our home purchasing process with Xavier Williams and The Bay Reality group. we started working with Xavier about two years ago, and he was very informative and patient with all of our questions and ideas. We had to work on some credit issues and figure of what and where do we want to purchase a home. Xaviers guided us with insights and directions to help on in this path. As the market started to change and interest rates as well, we decided lets do it. Xavier was right there with us. Looking at cities and regions that would meet our needs and desires. We circled back to the city of Hollister, and began our search. Xavier and Isabelle were right there with us, looking at homes, showing us things to look for, and giving us ideas for future renovations if needed. Not once was Xavier ever pushy or dismissive in our two year search. He always responses to texts or phone calls in a timely manner. He would send us charts and articles to help us understand the market and how the loans will work. He searched for the best loan option that would fit and meet our need, with our burying us financially. Now we have just moved into our dream home and we feel that we wouldn’t have been able to even buy a home without Xavier and his team. We highly recommend Xavier, Isabelle, and the Bay Reality group for your new house or next house search and purchase.
