Xander did an excellent job on the closing of my parents home. My parents are older and he handled everything professionally from getting the house cleaned and prepared for sale, to making a remote closing seamless. Finally, he was always available when we needed to review something. I highly recommend.

Xander and his team, did an incredible job listing our house. Initially my son had found him online, and we read glowing reviews. Upon our meet; he reassured us and leveled our expectations on the listing price after doing some research (comps). Upon listing, high quality photos were posted, which was followed with 3 offers on the first 3 days after listing. He sat down with us, we reviewed the offers, and we had a sale. As of Dec 22nd we closed on the house! Xander and his team did a great job facilitating the whole process, from beginning to end. Would recommend to anyone looking to hire Xander or Redstone Run Realty, as they all have a highly trained, great & professional team! They turn a stressful experience into an easy breezy one.
