As an out of state investor, I was looking for a trustworthy and dependable agent who could give me the boots on the ground knowledge I needed to be successful - and Walter has absolutely surpassed all of my expectations. He is prompt and reliable with communication, and is always willing to give me his honest take on potential properties. I always feel confident he has my best interests in mind. Walter is also willing to personally visit properties I am interested in - I think he must have visited 10+ before we closed on one!
