With my mother in a care facility with Alzheimer's, I was left with having to unload her property in order for Medicaid to cover the cost of care. Not only do I live out of state, my mother's home was filled to the brim and in need of much repair. The thought of doing anything myself was exhausting. On a whim, I called Wade Sell for information as I needed help and help he sure did. He is honest. If he doesn't have an answer he will find someone who does. He will keep you well informed. He will go above and beyond and then some. It is nice to know that when dealing with something so sensitive and bittersweet, Wade came through with great compassion and professionallism. I will most definitely recommend Wade!

Wade was GREAT to work with. He was very patient and constantly kept us abreast of everything that was going on. Our buy was a very strenuous one due to our circumstances but he made sure all the bases were covered! The guy is really good!!! I highly reccomend him!
