I feel truly blessed that I found Wade! He is so professional, knowledgeable, and gets the job done. Photos and video done of our property were amazing. He got our condo in Osage Beach, MO, On the market quickly and sold in less ten days. Just follow his guidelines, and you will be happy with his service.

Wade Covington was highly recommended by a work associate and he had nothing but great things to say about him. I was a little skeptical due to previous experiences with other realtors, but its been fun and a great learning experience with Wade. Wade has been a great help and patient throughout the process, especially with my wife and I being 1st time home buyers :)

I spent two days with Wade and his associate driving around and looking at several properties. The professionalism and knowledge was impressive. I looked at several homes in several locations. I would highly recommend this agency and it's associates.

Wade has been awesome. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the entire area (and we were looking in several counties). He has guided us through the entire process which can be pretty overwhelming for first time homebuyers. He listened to exactly what we wanted and was able to find several homes that we could see ourselves in. He was very honest about both the good and bad for each home we looked at which is appreciated.
