Vlad is truly the best. He helped us find our dream home in 2020 when we moved to the area, and it was a no brainer when we found out that we'd be moving in 2025 that we would call him again. Our move was chaotic (because of the military) and Vlad rolled with every punch that came our way and always found a way to adjust for us. Truly cannot recommend him enough!

I 100% recommend Vlad to anyone purchasing property here in the JBLM and surrounding areas! He was patient, went to view almost 100 homes with me, and proved to be a resourceful guide from start to finish. During our real estate adventure we go to know each other on a personal level which made the process so much better. He was willing to help me find a home and provide virtual viewings for my wife while she was still overseas. Very few people take a genuine interest in the folks they are trying to sell a home too. Vlad proved he was different. He has his clients interest at heart and will go out of his way to do his best to find a family a welcoming home.

Vlad worked with myself and my husband to purchase the home that we wanted. He was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, even accommodating us while we were still living in a different time zone. Vlad and his team worked together and put in the extra effort to make an offer on our home, beating multiple other offers. He was available to answer all of our questions and guide us throughout from start to closing. I highly recommend him if you want someone who cares about your needs.

Vlad Roata is absolutely a wonderful realtor to work with. It’s like having a friend that is working for you. He really cares about his clients needs and me and my husband really felt that. Helped us sell our house in no time to be more specific in 1 month! And at the asking price! Vlad made everything very easy to navigate and was always available and helpful. He is also an excellent negotiator and with a very personalized touch. Highly recommended!
