He was attentive to details and responded quickly to all of my communications. He is also well-connected with the many players in the homebuying process (home warranty, general contractors, service providers, etc.) and is clearly respected in the field. I am a first-time home buyer, and Vincent made my experience so easy. He walked me through all the steps and was always available to answer any questions I had. My purchase was not the easiest, but he always has a solution. He is so knowledgeable, personable and kind. He went above and beyond even when the seller may not have had all their ducks in a row. He always was in touch with any updates. I was very lucky to have Vincent with me in the purchase of my first home!

Vincent did an amazing job making my home purchasing process seem effortless. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was also very prompt with anything that needed to get done and responding to any questions that I had. We are military and used our VA Loan to boy our DREAM HOME with Vince, and we could not recommend him enough! There’s really no better choice out there. He is beyond exceptional in every respect: Intensely and unbiasedly focused on getting the right & best result for his clients, prepared for every nuanced and niche scenario- good or bad- knowledgeable of the market & economic factors, home inspections, real estate investing, and most of all he is ethical to the point of faultlessness. He is an absolute force to be reckoned with in negotiation! More than that, he sees Real Estate as a calling to help others, not as a job. He was kind, professional, charismatic, intelligent, flexible, and deeply invested in our welfare and family life throughout the whole process, and after! Even with a personality for us and our twin boys on closing, not a generic flower basket. We plan to use his talents & gifts in every future real estate transaction possible! 1Million/10 recommend!

Vince was such a pleasure to work with! He is very knowledgeable especially for 1st time home buyers like ourselves! He walks you through every step of the process and is attentive to your needs/wants in a home! He sets you up for success with mortgage companies and his team of individuals. We valued his opinion so much, because he was quick to pick out the minor details in a home, that could pose issues. Vince goes above and beyond his duty to make sure you have a safe, wonderful home! He was so much more than we could have hoped for in a realtor! If you are looking for more than just a person who sells you a home, this is your guy!
