Encouraged to provide this review because I had a fabulous experience working with realtor Paul Alemann. Paul and his Markarian Realty team were a great find! They did amazing work with finding and closing on a beautiful Burbank home! Paul advised me on what kind of offer to write and we beat out a higher offer on the table. Paul was masterful on navigating the process with the seller and their agent. We closed the purchse with a seller credit! Finally the entire process was complete in less than 7 weeks, from seeing a few places to Escrow closing. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I had been looking for a new place for over a year before I started working with Stella. I was frustrated, and had all but given hope on ever finding a good place to live. Over the course of only a few weeks, she helped me find a new home in the perfect location, only a couple miles from work, and, as a first time home buyer, she guided me step-by-step through the entire process. And all this was during the holiday season. I'm only a couple weeks away from moving in, and it is in large part thanks to Stella. She listens, she is in constant communication with you, and she's very good at what she does. I highly recommend her!
