Andrea did an outstanding job showing my partner and I around Bentonville and the options we had as new buyers/renters in the area. Andrea excelled in truly listening to us and hearing our thoughts on each of the places we looked at. She gave her honest opinion when it came to knowing if it was a good deal (or not) which is hard to do as a realtor. I would recommend Andrea to anyone new to the NWA area looking for a place to call home.

Paul, and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Team Parmelee Real Estate. When they were living in Oregon, they were quite a ways north of us, but they were our choice and they did a superb job selling our home for us.
