I've worked with Trisha both as a buyers agent and sellers agent, and she's been phenomenal both times. She's very knowledgeable in multiple markets, is an expert regarding processes and negotiations, and she is always available and responsive. I would recommend Trisha for anyone that wants to work with an expert whether buying or selling.

Trish was the absolute best we could have asked for. Even our bank lender mentioned that she was the best he'd ever worked with. Trish was so friendly and never felt pushy. It took a year for us to find the perfect house and Trish was there every step of the way. She is unmatched in helping through the process of buying rhe perfect home.

I felt as though I’ve always known Trish. She is very responsive, professional, and like a family friend. She is very knowledgeable about the the home buying price and was conveniently available. She went step-by-step with me throughout the entire process of buying new home.

We had an amazing experiencing working with Trish. She is an excellent communicator and was very thorough and responsive to all of our questions. Most importantly, she conducted herself as a professional and a deal maker, representing herself and us the buyers with grace. After some negotiations, we won the deal in a competitive buying situation. We’ve been in our new home for a few weeks now and she has continued to check in on us and respond to our questions right away. I can’t recommend Trish enough!

Trisha did an excellent job on helping us find our dream home. She was quick to respond and answer all of our questions. As first time homebuyers she walked us thru the steps. Would recommend her whole heartedly to my friends and family
