We bought a home with the intention of flipping it and making it our home. However, our plans did not work out and we wanted to sell the house. We contacted Trish and she came to look at our home and was very unpleasant from the beginning. She was disgusted with the condition of the house (keep in mind it was a house that needed to be fixed up) She told us we did not deserve to be approved by VA for our loan. She refused to help us sell the house because it "would be too big a loss" and we could not afford a home in the condition we were looking to buy. We never discussed finances, we knew we would take a loss on the home, but we needed to sell the house regardless of the loss. Very unprofessional and rude. I don't recommend.

Trish did an amazing job helping my fiance and I buying our first home. We so greatly appreciated. As a first time home buyer she made our experience go smoothly. Thank you again for the being our realtor, we are very grateful.

Trish is a great listener and is very patient. We could not have been more pleased! We had one weekend to find a home, and she was professional and very organized in her presentation. She helped us process a lot of information in a short amount of time without pressuring us. We knew she had our best interest foremost in her mind!
