We needed to sell fast because of a sudden job change. We interviewed 3 agents and Tracy was the most authentic and knowledgeable of all of them. She handled all the bumps in the road that came along with selling a house and buying a new one. She had our house under contract for full price in ONE day. This was not an easy deal. It was a seller's market and I needed to do VA financing. The house was initially overpriced and the appraisal came in well below that. The VA also required a structural update. Tracy was able to overcome all of those challenges with hard work, frequent communication, and a calm approach to everything. We closed on time with both parties satisfied that it was a fair deal. Tracy made that happen.

Tracy did an excellent job getting my home sold during a very difficult time in my life. She went above and beyond her duties to help me keep the deal going so I could concentrate on more important things. If I ever decide to move back to Florida, I would most definitely use her as my Realtor.

I bought my first home in 2018. I was very nervous and unsure of how the whole process worked. Tracy calmed my nerves and helped me through the entire deal. She explained everything along the way and prepared me for the next steps in the process. I worked long hours, so I appreciated her being available after hours and even very early mornings to take my phone calls. When I am ready to sell again, Tracy will definitely be my Realtor again!
