Tracey did an outstanding job from start to finish. She ensured that we were kept in the loop and made sure our first time buying a home was painless. She went above and beyond, even was asking contractors about things we wasn't familiar with. I definitely recommend her with your home-buying process.

Tracey was recommended to us by our mortgage lender and she did not disappoint. Friendly, professional, and helpful. There was never a time where I had second thoughts about her. She showed us some great places but when we found a place we loved on a weekend she was out of town, she was quick to walk us through the next steps, submit a competitive offer, and was sending documents to us while traveling so we could get the bid in on time. When a second round of bids was requested, her advice was indispensable. She helped us dial in a second winning bid that kept us within budget. Bottom line, we’re in a home that we love and couldn’t be happier with the service from Tracey. She still answers to occasional text when post closing questions have come up. Oh, we managed to close in slightly less than 30 days. Thank you Tracey!

Tracey made my first home buying experience extraordinary. She took me to all the properties I was interested in and answered all my questions. She helped me through the entire process. She recommended homes that fit what I was looking for and never once made me feel pressured to look at it purchase any of them. When things weren't looking so great with the financial institution I had chosen for myself, I felt defeated and was ready to throw in the towel. She helped pick me up and dust me off and provided an alternate solution that ended up working out and being better for me. She walked me through the entire process and kept me updated on what was next. Tracey was very patient with me and my millions of questions and concerns. I definitely recommend going through Tracey for your next home buying experience. I'm very happy with my home, but should I ever decide I went something different, she'll be my first call.

Tracey is amazing to work with. She helped my wife and I through two home purchases (once when we furst moved to GA and again when we moved to a new area). She put in the time and effort to assist us when we were just considering a third purchase, even though we weren't sure about it. She treated us as seriously then, just as she treated us when we were definitely buying. When the time comes to move again, we will be giving Tracey a call!

Tracey is s dream to work with! She is so easy to get along with. Knowledgeable and efficient. She is the most attentive agent I have ever worked with! She was extremely patient with us and I am not easy to please! I give her 5 stars because she definitely gives the 5 star treatment! HIGHLY recommend her! Shes just wonderful.
