My wife and I feel incredibly fortunate to have to have worked with Tracee on 2 home purchases and 1 home sell since 2020. Tracee has a deep knowledge of the local market, its trends and how to get to sale or purchase successful completed. We have now worked with Tracee in both hot and cool markets and I am constantly impressed with her energy, negotiation and communication skills, and her talent for anticipating hurdles and producing creative solutions. I have used Tracee for the sale of all my properties, and have used her to find new properties for the last 12 years. She is incredibly communicative, extremely effective in the sale side and a fantastic in the buyer side. I will never use another realtor, and would recommend Tracee to all friends and family members. If you want someone who is honest, reliable and incredibly effective go with Tracee, you will not regret it!

Tracee helped us buy and sell a home here in Utah. I would recommend her to anyone, and especially for Military families. This was a first time for us selling a home. Tracee gave great advice, answered all our questions, took the stress out of selling away, and is great to work with. She was also very flexible with figuring out the date to list our house. She really understands the real estate business and is a person you can trust.
