Working with Cheyenne was an absolute dream! She guided us through selling our home with so much professionalism, care, and expertise. Answering every silly question and guiding us through all the paperwork. Not only did she help us secure an offer that was above our asking price, but she also went above and beyond by continuing to assist us even after the sale closed, something we never expected but deeply appreciated! I know she’s busy, but she made us feel like we were her only client. I’ll never use another agent!

Tosh was absolutely horrible to work with. He constantly took the side of my ex-husband refused to raise the price even though he agreed it should be sold at a higher rate, and completely bent to the whim of my ex-husband, without taking into consideration my choices, and what I wanted. If you’d like to be raked over the coals and charged a buyers fee of over $9000, Tosh Dickenson is your man. However, if you’d like to save money and have your real estate agent, actually listen to you and what your wants and needs are I would suggest choosing anyone other than Tosh. If I could give zero stars, I would.

My partner Lydia and I decided to get out of the rental cycle in late November. We were first time home buyers and had a long list of “Essentials” for a dream home, additionally I was apprehensive about the buying experience after having a less than stellar experience selling my father’s home several years ago. From the first meeting, Cheyenne was fantastic. She quickly put us at ease, listened to our desires, and walked us through every step of the process. Cheyenne showed us several houses over several months from Cottage Grove to Albany and became a trusted part of our decision process. Cheyenne worked with us through a rescinded offer and failed inspection, dutifully explaining our rights as homebuyers and keeping our spirit up. We eventually found a house that truly checked all of our boxes and Cheyenne made the closing process painless supporting us all the way through and helping us when the seller suggested a faster closing date. Overall Cheyenne is a wonderful agent, and neither my partner or I can imagine going through a real estate transaction of any kind without her.

Working with Jon was great. Jon has a lot of experience and really knows the local area. Jon is very personable and gives clients the information, so the client can make the best decision. I used Jon when I had bought the house I just sold. I would use Jon again if I were looking for housing in the Eugene area. Not only is Jon a great realtor, he is also a wonderful human being. Of you want someone real, you will want Jon.
