It was such a wonderful experience working with Tony and Carol. Both of them assisted in navigating us through the extremely emotional experience of selling our parents’ home which had been a very important part of our lives for over 70 years! Even before we had chosen Tony to be our agent, he spent several weeks on the phone with us answering our questions and educating us so that we could make crucial decisions unique to us. Tony and Carol’s professionalism was unwavering throughout this entire experience even during challenging situations with family members. At the end of this process, this team not only helped us to profit more than we anticipated but also became our friends. We are very sad that living in Florida full time will keep us from visiting with these two beautiful souls on a regular basis. It was our pleasure to work with such a seasoned professional that really understands the real estate market, especially in our local area. The same holds true for Carol! Tony and Carol were very helpful with the details of the transaction, contracts, the presentation and proper marketing of our home. We credit them with such a smooth process and for handling a complex transaction that included extended stay times and things outside of the typical purchase. They were always very responsive, had resources and recommendations for us with all of our questions. They handled the sale of our house as well as the purchase of our new one and we were very thankful that they were at our side. Carol and Tony did such an outstanding job and were so professional. If you are looking for a high quality listing then you must choose team Morganti. Our listing looked great! The photos, video and the write-up were wonderful (they made me want to buy it myself). The asking price they came up with was spot on. Within 24 hours of listing our house we had three solid offers to choose from! I would definitely recommend the Morganti team to anyone.

Tony and Carol were fantastic to work with through our home finding process. We had a few specific needs and we covered a lot of ground looking for the right house. They were extremely accommodating as we were coming from out of town. During the offer and negotiation process they provided sound advice on offers using their knowledge of the local market and trends. After the 2 months we found the perfect house!!
