Just recently we had the pleasure of having Tony help us sell our house. We were very impressed with Tony he explained every thing we would encounter though this process, was always available for any questions we had as well as helping with all paperwork needed for closing and what to expect. I highly recommend Tony he is very professional and knowledgeable.

Excellent experience working with Tony to sell our Wichita rental house! We had 3 realtors lined up for interviews in June 2021 and were so impressed with Tony that we canceled the other interviews and hired him! We weren't disappointed. He provided detailed analysis of the Wichita housing market and specifically our neighborhood. He advised us on where to focus our efforts as we prepped the house to hit the market. As we live out of state, he coordinated lawn mowing, cleaning, repairs, etc. to ensure the house was in the best shape possible while on the market and leading up to closing. During the entire process he always answered texts/phone calls promptly, and he always gave thorough explanations any time we had questions. His professionalism, knowledge, integrity and work ethic were very much appreciated.

Tony Benegas is the standard that all realtor's should follow. Selling my home with him as my realtor was an excellent experience for me. Tony made the process so easy, always communicated all aspects of the process with me. Tony was very professional and was an absolute joy to work with. He truly made it easy.

Tony was absolutely great. Very professional and help me with the whole process from getting me finance, buying and closing. He was more then I expected by far. Super great guy to work with!!!
