There aren't enough great things to say about Toni Faulk. She is an experienced real estate professional with extensive knowledge of the Park City market and I am proud to recommend her. She sold my town house in 2 weeks and helped me get a great deal on a beautiful home in Promontory.. BEST REALTOR I'VE EVER USED! Whether you are buying or selling a property, if you don't use Toni Faulk you're making a mistake!

Toni is an outstanding agent and such a joy to be around. She is extremely knowledgeable about the local market, from defining desirable areas to knowing what is priced appropriately, she covers all bases. Her responsiveness and attention to her clients is unmatched, truly excellent communication. She really cares about her clients and wants them in the right property for the right price. By far the best realtor we have ever used....and we have bought/sold 29 times! We were one of her very first clients....and one of her most recent. No one knows the Park City market (and all the surrounding communities) better than Toni.

There are few things as important and personal as buying and selling your primary home. We did both with Toni, and will be forever grateful to her. Toni is a rare breed of special. She gets to know her clients as individuals first, then learns the in and outs of properties. When selling my home, she consulted on our extensive renovation, saving us thousands of dollars with her advice on what buyers were looking for. She ended up setting the market for sale price by 10%. We turned around and bought a place in Jeremy, and she negotiated so hard that we moved in and almost instantly had significant equity. Most importantly, Toni is the most genuinely lovely person you will ever meet. I’ve referred her to friends and they feel the same way. We will walk to the ends of the earth for Toni, because we know she would do the same for us.
