Tim was a great realtor to work with. This was the first home I had ever bought and glad I found him. I was nervous going into it as most first time buyers are but Tim helped guide me through every step that was needed. I had sent in a tour request on Zillow to look at a house and the site paired me with him. We looked at several different houses to find the correct one to accommodate what I was looking for on a first time buyers budget. Sent me lots of different options throughout the process and was very easy to work with. I had a tight work schedule that didn’t allow me to get off work much but he worked around that from the showings up until the closing. Tim also went above and beyond and would stay behind and let inspectors in after a showing when I had to leave because I had other things going on. He knew tons of people and helped connect me with lenders, inspectors, and anything in between. Was always pointing out things on houses that were going to need fixing which is great to know before buying and even things such as lower or higher tax rates based on where we were. Ended up getting me a great deal on the house I chose and I couldn’t be happier. Will definitely be buying and selling my future houses through him without a doubt.

Tim helped us with every step of buying a home across country. We felt like we could depend on him to represent our family during the negotiation process. Tim and his wife, Miranda, were extremely helpful throughout the home buying process. My boyfriend and I were first time home buyers and didn’t quite know what to expect. We connected with Tim through Veteran’s United and were looking to use a VA Home Loan. The first time we met Tim, he told us he would not sell us a house that he wouldn’t live in himself. He wanted to ensure we were getting a great house that we would be happy with. From the beginning, I could tell Tim was very knowledgeable had a wealth of experience in the industry that he brought to the table. Tim and Miranda made the stress of buying a home much more manageable! Not only were they easy to talk to, but they also provided very useful insight throughout each step in the process.
