Very quick process, led me in the right direction. Especially since I am a first time home buyer. Took a lot of the stress out of home buying. we worked together for 2-3 months. In that time very quickly he gave me the tools to look at houses and he took a step back and let me drive until he needed to do his thing. Very respectful guy who knows the Ins and Outs of the Des Moines housing market.

Tim was not only knowledgeable, he was amazing. Answered any and all questions I had. Made the process quick and smooth, no issues. He put me in my new house within 1 month.

To say Tim did an amazing job is an understatement. His knowledge of real estate is at the highest level. He made the process for first time home owners as painless as can be and whether you are a rookie or veteran buying a home you should go no further in hiring Tim as your real estate agent. What sets him apart is his brute honesty. Whether you like it or not he will point blank tell you whether he thinks the home is good for you and your investment which is unheard of. He knows what you are you looking for and will make sure you get the keys to that home and will not settle for less. His clients come first at all times and I cannot stress enough how painless he made this process for us. I am grateful for Tim and his wife and if you get the chance to work with them please do so! You will not regret it!

Tim was great to work with. When we met with Tim the first time he listened to everything we said and what we wanted in our forever home. Tim was knowledgeable about homes we saw and found us the perfect home after only seeing 5 homes. Would recommend Tim to friends and family that are looking for a home.
