Marsha met all of our needs when we were searching for a condo. She was always available for a phone call and made sure we were included in every step of the process. Marsha was able to accommodate our busy schedule for showings and was prepared with the appropriate documentation. Hands down, David is the best. He ended up finding us the perfect house and skillfully helping us negotiate for it, but that came after working with us for a long time and patiently helping us figure out where we wanted to be and what we wanted. Kirk was a fantastic realtor, he’s very quick to gather information when asked, very transparent throughout the entire process and extremely knowledgeable about homes especially old ones. Very professional and an all around nice guy. We couldn’t be happier with our home and I’d recommend him to anyone.

Bonnie was the BEST! We worked with her to sell a house that my family & I had inherited, so there were 4 sellers involved - each of us with our own ideas about the best way to go about it. Bonnie was so patient with us! She presented options without telling us how to do things & always made sure we were on the same page before moving forward - not a simple task when managing family dynamics. This was not an easy sale, nor was it straightforward. There were all kinds of surprises that came up, uncommon situations to consider & so many obstacles to overcome. Bonnie was with us through it all, and she brought a positive attitude, so much experience & a willingness to find creative solutions. When we had to find subcontractors, she led the way - providing contact info, making calls & meeting people to get estimates. She's just great to work with - she kept us all informed & updated via phone calls, email & texts. I felt like I was a priority for her & that she had my best interests at heart.
