We worked with Cheryl Pelletier at Tim Dunham Realty in October to find our dream home and she was SUCH a great realtor! We were first time home buyers and she helped us so much throughout the process. We came to town for a week from out of state in search of a house. We gave Cheryl a list of houses we were interested in and she gave us a list of houses she thought we might like and we spent a few days driving all over southern Maine, until we found the perfect house (one that she had picked for us). Craig was absolutely incredible to work with as a first-time homebuyer’s agent. From the very beginning, he genuinely had my best interests at heart and guided me with honesty, patience, and care.
