I owned a mortgage note on a house in La Crosse that the borrower was unable to continue the payments. So he deeded the house back to me. I was concerned I would have to hold the house for a year or more in order to find a buyer in this rural area. Tim was able to find multiple interested parties in a few weeks. I sold the house in about a month for a price that allowed me to recoup my investment. Tim exceeded my expectations.
