I had purchased my condo as a single mom to watch my boys grow into men, when it came time to sell my home Tim was my first choice due to his ability to be there to help me get it ready, tighten anything down (literally) before the sign goes in the yard to ensuring each showing has a follow up. This moved very quickly for me and he was a wonderful calming presence as I closed this chapter of my life. HE helped find just the right buyer and worked through any crazy thing that came up. Selling a home is not something you do everyday so you better use Tim Berg as he does it multiple times a month so you can sit back and relax.

I credit Tim, in the purchase of our house, for encouraging us to take a second look. We are extremely happy that we reconsidered. Also with the sale of our house he was helpful in pointing out things to do to look better for the market. Along with that he is super easy to work with.

My husband and I had a great experience working with Tim. We were moving back to the area and initially looking for homes in a large area as we weren't sure exactly where we wanted to settle. My husband came into town first and looked with Tim and then I came about a week later to look. Tim took the time with each of us and made us feel as if he didn't have any other appointments but us. His choices for homes to see were excellent, exactly what we told him we were looking for. It was a very good experience, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.
