Tia is very friendly, personable, likeable, good-natured and professional - all of which makes her the very best real estate agent. When Tia answers her phone, you can hear the smile in her voice. She sold two homes for us, and each home had its challenges. Tia worked endless hours resolving major issues to a successful conclusion! We highly recommend her to anyone that wants the best! Five-star rating isn't high enough for her.

Tia was great in showing houses and then negotiating over about a month for various credits. She was very responsive to my emails and calls. Even after the sale, she was helpful in dealing with the warranty company. I would highly recommend her and use her again.

I was so nervous going into this process until I met Tia. I had heard the ball and she ran with it she truly is the "Queen of Gloucester" and the surrounding area. And she knows all the right people to help this be a smooth process I wish I could have brought her with me to my next destination. Thank you again to you were marvelous!!!

Tia was very patient with us in our home search and we found her to be very professional and very knowledgeable regarding the Williamsburg area market. Possible the most important trait and most difficult to find in an agent is a sense of urgency and this is what sold us on Tia. Prior to our search she had located a home for one of our children who was also very impressed. So naturally when my sister-in-law was recently looking to relocate to the area we sent her to Tia. On the final walk through the day of her closing there were a number of minor issues left unresolved. Within 30 minutes Tia had the general contract and two of the sub-contractors on site and the building inspector on the phone. What more can we say?
