My husband and I just purchased a house with Thomas' guidance and had a great experience! Thomas is not only very knowledgeable about the real estate process but also knows the Lawrence area like the back of his hand. He loves this town and it really shows in his work. He was very patient with us and answered all of our questions in a way we could comprehend. He was also very attentive to our calls, texts, and requests to see houses and responded in a very timely matter. We really appreciated all of the help, guidance, and expertise Thomas had to offer. We would definitely recommend him in the future!

Thomas knows Lawrence inside and out. He is very patient and knowledgeable and I can tell it is important to him that I understand the process and am comfortable with all phases of it. When I wanted to be the first to see a house when it popped up as available, his quick response made that possible and with his guidance I put in an offer right away that was accepted. Thomas is a true professional and a kind person who I can tell loves what he does.

Thomas was amazing and helped us through as first time home buyers. He helped us know how to make our offers without putting us out of our comfort zone and he let us know right away if our offer was beaten out. We were up against people paying cash and bidding 20-30K over asking and we ended up with the perfect home, only paying $3000 more than the asking price! His network of contacts was a huge asset to our process and he is so helpful and kind!

My wife and I had a great experience working with Thomas. We were first time home buyers; he made us feel comfortable with the whole process and was more than happy to answer all of our questions. Relatedly, Thomas was incredibly available to us and responsive to all of our needs. Furthermore, he was exceptional at dealing with the seller's agent, the lender, and even inspectors and maintenance people. First time home buying is a scary process, but having Thomas to lean on to help us through it all was immensely valued.
