Theresa is an excellent agent she was very responsive to any questions I may have had and to any concerns that may have occurred. She took quick response to any negotiation that needed done during the sale of the property. She took the time to Process everything that need to be done to make the closing a pleasant one. I would recommend Theresa to my family and friends for her local knowledge is great even though she lives in Missoula. Theresa will take the time to make your buying experience a pleasant and enjoyable one. I recommend you to choose her as your agent.

After failing to keep me informed about an offer on my house, the potential buyer withdrew the offer. She proved to be unreliable, communicated poorly, and in the end proved to have low ethical standards. Her commitment to her clients is questionable, especially when acting as a dual agent.
