Marty and Tracy did an OUTSTANDING job helping us navigate our home sale. We talked about pricing and staging, and what our “ideal” expectations were, as well as where the market was to give us a perfect idea of what we could expect realistically to get where we wanted to be. I’m happy to say that we followed their guidance and we sold our home in roughly 2 weeks above asking price! They gave me all of the info I needed up front and they were extremely professional, kind, on-point with their knowledge, and I am so grateful to have done business with them.

Marty and Tracy did a fabulous job updating us on the current housing market. They did several open houses and followed up with any potential buyers. When we accepted an offer Tracy kept us right on track with paperwork so closing seamless.

Tracy came in late in my process of finding a realtor, but easily selected over her competitors as she was on-time, friendly and full of knowledge. She sold my house and was my realtor for the close on the new home. She did all this in a week. It was the easiest process I could have ever imagined. You can't go wrong by selecting Tracy Banks!

Tracy was amazing. Her knowledge, commitment to provide a world class experience, and desire to help us find our dream home were felt and seen on a daily basis. We had very specific needs due to our family size and area of town and Tracy was proactive and finding options and new possibilities that helped make our stressful search less stressful. On the selling side, Tracy helped sell our home in less than a week--which made the buy side more focused, also.
