Terry was great to work with, he listened to our needs and concerns and was very patient with us. He was also very helpful and knowledgeable on the negotiating side of the sale and explaining everything to us. We had a great experience with Terry and would use him again to buy or sell a house.

Terry is a wonderful real estate professional. When searching the market for new homes he never pressured us to expedite the process. He always gave us the option to "walk away" if we felt is was appropriate. He was also honest if he found something undesirable in a property that we visited. Terry's greatest strength is his great skill of negotiation. He knew how to strategize well, and he knew his way around the buying/selling game like no other. I would recommend him to anyone.
