I’ve been in my home for about two years now, and it’s still such a joy. Brooke was an absolutely incredible agent who led with empathy, understanding, and honesty throughout the entire process. She was straightforward about what was possible and worked with us to create a plan that got us very close to exactly what I envisioned. Brooke is an excellent negotiator with a deep understanding of the industry, and she goes above and beyond to ensure you find a home that not only fits your family but also makes sense financially. To say that Dusty went above and beyond the anticipated role as our realtor is an understatement. We listed our home with Dusty seemingly the day the market froze, and our neighborhood was facing a mass exodus with 20 homes on the market at once. As we had already purchased our new home, we were beyond stressed and on a very tight timeline. All these outside factors made this a difficult process, but Dusty exceeded the regular duties of a realtor. He did everything in his power to get our home sold and kept us informed and reassured every step of the way. The market is tough right now, and I shudder to think how this would have gone if we had not listed with Dusty and his team.
