My husband and I contacted Teresa when we made the decision to sell our house. She was knowledgeable about the market and came up with a fair price. Teresa captured the beauty of our home perfectly in the pictures posted with the listing. The house sold after 3 days of being on the market! Teresa made the process easy and guided us along the way to ensure we received a fair price. She was very responsive to questions and was in constant contact. Teresa kept us updated on the progress of the sell and explained in detail the next steps on what to expect as the closing date approached. As an added plus, Teresa was very nice and friendly. My husband and I highly recommend her to anyone in the market to buy or sell a home.

Teresa is quite simply the best real estate agent we ever had! She not only went the extra mile to sell our home; she went the extra marathon. We had an extremely complex negotiation and contract with the buyer, and she was tireless and creative at coming up with solutions for the many, many problems that cropped up. In fact, she gave considerable savvy advice and help to the buyers to help the deal go through. Any seller would be incredibly lucky to have her!

She overlooks no detail in her quest to find the perfect real estate for you, finding the answers to any questions you have. I think she is able to leap tall buildings in a single bound.
