My wife and I worked directly with Mackenzie Scott on the search and purchase of our house. She was fantastic every step of the way! Teresa did an amazing job of helping the buying process go smooth . She went above and beyond to help in every possible way . She was always available to answer any question we had. Loving our new home but she would definitely be the realtor of selling or buying a home .

Teresa Smith is simply the real estate agent that everyone needs. She delivers care and experience so consistently, with so many connections and solutions, it feels like there's nothing she can't do. There can be so many complicated and stressful moments of selling a home, especially on a lake, and Teresa made each step seem like we were planning a fun vacation. From our first pre-listing meeting with her and the team, I knew we had made the right decision. With Teresa's guidance and knowledge we were under contract and sold a month after listing. My only regret is that we didn't know her and the team sooner as they would have made our wonderful lake lives that much more special.
