Teresa Smith is simply the real estate agent that everyone needs. She delivers care and experience so consistently, with so many connections and solutions, it feels like there's nothing she can't do. There can be so many complicated and stressful moments of selling a home, especially on a lake, and Teresa made each step seem like we were planning a fun vacation. From our first pre-listing meeting with her and the team, I knew we had made the right decision. With Teresa's guidance and knowledge we were under contract and sold a month after listing. My only regret is that we didn't know her and the team sooner as they would have made our wonderful lake lives that much more special.

We met Michele when my husband and I decided to move from Colorado to Georgia. She really helped us coordinate looking at many houses each time we flew to Georgia. She helped us get to know the area and narrow down which neighborhood would work best for us. Michele has considerable knowledge of each town that surrounds Lake Lanier, the issues to know about when buying on the water vs. off the water and the state of the real estate market in the area we were looking in. She was very helpful walking us through all of the offer and counter-offer documents and was able to get us all the way through to closing on our new home. She also offered helpful suggestions on personal services like a hairstylist, doctor and dentist since we are new to the area. I would definitely recommend working with Michele for your buying and selling needs!

Put simply, we’ve never before experienced a real estate service level like Michelle delivered. We’ve been in our fair share of real estate transactions over our lifetime, but we haven’t enjoyed paying a real estate commission more than we did when Michelle led us to the close on our lake life dream. She’s a powerhouse on her own, but she’s not alone. In the tight lakefront Lanier market, her determination and competence shined as she delivered a contract win in a competitive bid. In a short due diligence window she amazed us with the expert relationships she had at the ready to get us the answers we needed to make smart decisions fast. Michelle added tremendous value as our champion, and was worth every dollar of commission (something we haven’t gotten to say in the past). We’re very grateful.
