When we were moving back to Atlanta to be close to family we thought it would be nice to live on Lake Lanier, but we had no idea how to even get started. A friend who already lived on the lake highly recommended Mackenzie and Teresa. We feel unbelievably fortunate to have found them. From our initial contact by phone, to meeting them in person, to looking at houses together, they have been extraordinarily friendly and competent. We knew absolutely nothing about lake living, but they are experts! They helped us learn what we needed to know, and provided very useful insight about each property we looked at. They never pressured us in any way, and we always felt like all they really wanted was for us to find the property that was right for us. We were fortunate to find our property relatively soon, but they would have gladly kept showing us more properties until we found the right one. Once we made an offer, they expertly guided us through the negotiations. We had a tight time frame for inspection contingencies, but they quickly lined us up with competent contractors and everything went smoothly. And even after closing they continued to be a great resource with recommendations for things like landscapers, electricians, dock movers and other necessary contractors. We have been fortunate to have good realtors over the years, but none even come close to Teresa and Mackenzie. They make an amazing team, with one of them usually responding to any of our inquiries within a short timeframe. It’s been more than half a year since we bought our lake house and we still reach out to them on all aspects of property maintenance and care. They have been a phenomenal resource. We are overwhelmingly satisfied with our home buying experience with these ladies, and we wholeheartedly recommend them as highly as possible. So thanks a million, Teresa and Mackenzie, we couldn’t have done so well without you two, you have made the journey so much easier and more joyful. We appreciate you more than words can say!

Pack the boxes before you call Teresa and Michelle. They had a contract on our beloved lake house within 24 hours of the open house. They were everything we could ask for in real estate agents. They are kind, compassionate, efficient, professional, etc, etc. The video and the photos were absolutely amazing. In a world where everything sells on the internet first, great photos and videos matter. The video was original and attention grabbing. The photos told the story of our beautiful lake home and the property.

Michele is great to work with. She is very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. She helped with every step of the process from showing homes, negotiation and closing process. I would highly recommend her for her service.

My wife and I worked directly with Mackenzie Scott on the search and purchase of our house. She was fantastic every step of the way! Super responsive, great communication, and always had great advice and even references for contractors, HVAC technicians, etc. She has a great network and knowledge of multiple areas around Lake Lanier/north GA. All around a great realtor and so glad we had her in our corner. Thank you Mackenzie!

Teresa did an amazing job of helping the buying process go smooth . She went above and beyond to help in every possible way . She was always available to answer any question we had. Loving our new home but she would definitely be the realtor of selling or buying a home .
