Brendon was very knowledgeable about the area. His patient nature was helpful with the vast size of the Miami-area. He was able to find our wants and needs in a short time. Brendon was incredibly responsive, and was available at all hours to answer even our smallest, silliest questions. He helped us with the ups and downs of the Miami market. We appreciate the comfort he brought to the whole process.
