Taylor was great to work with! He was fast at responding, willing to alter our home search criteria multiple times and didn’t bat an eye when looking through homes that were an hour apart for each other (making for a long drive). He really is dedicated to his clients. We were initially referred to Taylor without any prior knowledge of him and he sure exceeded our expectations. We are now happily in our first home thanks to him.

Taylor made my first home buying experience better than I could have asked for. He was always available to answer any of my questions and was willing to look at houses almost any time of the day which was great for someone who had a crazy schedule. He is very knowledgeable about homes especially in the Utah county area and was truly the best to work with. He is hardworking yet fun, professional yet personal, and an overall fantastic realtor!!

Can’t imagine I would ever use anyone else, bought several properties over the years but Taylor continued to blow away expectations again and again. Negotiations he made it seamless and beyond delivered, similar with flexibility with scheduling. I could contact Taylor anytime and he always provided value.

Taylor was great to work with when we bought our first home. He answered all of our questions promptly and I could tell he was knowledgeable about Utah real estate. He always made himself available, going to many same day showings with us at short notice. He was great to work with and I’ve already recommended him to a family member!

Taylor went above and beyond to ensure my first experience buying a home was successful. He was able to find the perfect house that met all of my expectations in a matter of days, and he was attentive and communicative throughout the process. He is incredibly knowledgable of the communities, as well as home styles and materials. Taylor provided great recommendations for the home inspection and beyond. Most importantly, I could tell Taylor was truly happy for me when I closed on the house - and genuinely excited to hear more about the upcoming renovations.
