Mark Parrish and Tasha were patient and wonderful and really helped me deal with the stress of buying a home. It is always more complicated for self-employed buyers to get a mortgage. Mark was the buyer's agent when I sold my home and I was so impressed, I hired him to help me buy a home. He goes above and beyond the call! Highly recommended!

Tiara helped my partner and I purchase our first multi-family property in the Oklahoma City area. Throughout the process she was very quick to respond to our questions and was very knowledgeable about multi-family real estate in the Oklahoma City area. When we would request a virtual tour of a property, she would always have the tour completed the same day and sometimes within a couple hours! My partner and I had a great experience working with Tiara and we are looking forward to working with her again in the near future!

Ashley Richards did a phenomenal job in both the sale and purchase of our new home. She carved out an incredible amount of time for us and personally made herself available whenever we had questions or any information we wanted to relay to her. Truly exceptional and I can't thank them enough! I feared moving from another state was going to be a nightmare, but Tiara, Nathan and Tasha could not have made buying a home from another state any easier or more seamless from start to finish. Incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and able to quickly adjust and provide alternatives when my financial situation changed for the worse two different times throughout the process. They helped me find a house that I love in my price range, made sure the seller's repairs were quality, helped connect me knowledgeable financing and insurance professionals before I could even ask them to do so, and helped me get quotes from quality contractors for updates I wanted to make to the house. They spent A LOT of time with me when I was in state so that I didn't have to make multiple trips and literally saved me from certain death via heart attack and/or stroke by personally removing a 6' snake, that not only decided to take shelter in the engine of my truck during one of the showings, but was insistent on staying there. This was literally a two hour ordeal that began at the end of a long, hot, house hunting day. They hung in with me until Nathan pulled the snake out and they still went to dinner with me afterwards. Customer service and dedication does not get any better than that!
