Her warm personality made the whole process sail smoothly from beginning to end and she patiently takes the time to explain any questions regarding how things go and the paperwork. She made recommendations and had the house staged by a professional staging company, which made a big difference, she ordered for new photos and a virtual walk-thru to be completed and the results were amazing. We were immediately busy with showings and 11 days after listing with her, I got an offer for an acceptable amount and we went to closing 30 days later. Tanya Papandrea is an exceptional real estate professional. When we moved to Pittsboro from Florida in 2020 Tanya helped us purchase our new home. Since then, she has helped our daughter with the purchase of a new home and sale of their previous home - twice. We recently purchased a new home in the Encore development of Chatham Park.
