We first heard about Tanya from a friend of ours. From our first interaction to the closing date of our settlement, Tanya was there 100%. She kept us up to date on any new houses coming in the market, doing background on the houses we were narrowing down to make sure no issues, always available, and truly a joy to work with. Hands down the hardest working and knowledgeable realtor we’ve ever dealt with. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a hard working realtor that puts your best interest first. She’s our realtor for life !!!

I met Tanya years ago and knew whenever I sold my house that I would want her for my realtor. She is immediately responsive and helped to facilitate anything I needed, as I was selling from a distance. Her warm personality made the whole process sail smoothly from beginning to end and she patiently takes the time to explain any questions regarding how things go and the paperwork. My house was sold in 5 days during a slow period.

I called Tanya, desperate, after my house being on the market for 5 months with another realtor, with very few showings and not one offer. I was desperate to get my house sold fast. Tanya came in as a solid real estate professional with proven solutions. She made recommendations and had the house staged by a professional staging company, which made a big difference, she ordered for new photos and a virtual walk-thru to be completed and the results were amazing. We were immediately busy with showings and 11 days after listing with her, I got an offer for an acceptable amount and we went to closing 30 days later.
