Tammie played a critical role in selling our investment property. As an investor who works on hundreds of properties per year, it is great to know I have an agent like Tammie who kept me informed about the status of the property both good and bad. Tammie stayed on top of any issues with the home whether it was a contractor issue or no heat in the house she would jump on the issue. Best of all Tammie was spot on with her sale value which is great for me :). I would recommend Tammie to not only buyers/sellers out there but investors like me as well.

We met Tammie a few years ago when we were buying a property, as the seller’s agent.
