Tami Gosselin recently sold a home for us in Modesto and escrow just closed last week.? Tami was an absolute pleasure to work with again. She’s an excellent & well seasoned real estate agent with a very personalized touch. We are always happy to recommend her to anyone needing a super competent realtor since she has successfully sold several other properties for us throughout the past ten years. She is always professional, very knowledgeable & highly dedicated with very good instincts regarding the real estate market. We live a few hours away from Modesto, so Tami did many extra things to help us get this property ready for market. She is very well networked in the community and has lots of resources to help get a home prepped & marketed at the best possible price. Her attention to hundreds of details always ensures that the process of selling will run quite smoothly, all the way through till the close of escrow. Tami was my agent in the purchase of my second house, and she couldn’t have been more helpful. The house is in an area I wasn’t familiar with but she has great relationships with inspectors and contractors and Mortgage agents, pretty much everyone you need to make such a serious transaction as buying a home go smoothly. Her attention to detail is impressive and I’ll relate a little story as example. The sale was to close on Thursday and on the Monday before (3 full days before closing) Tami went by the house to make sure all was in order. While in the kitchen she heard a buzzing from the living room. When she investigated she found a hive of bees had taken up residence in the chimney during the cold weather and now that the weather had warmed were making them selfs comfortable in my future home. Fortunately she got out safe and unstung, immediately got on the phone with a bee expert to relocate the hive and then got on the horn to give me the story. Nightmare move in scenario averted. Because of this attention to detail and many more of the day to day issues escrow brings that she handles seamlessly I would highly recommend Tami to anyone needing an agent in the Modesto area

Don’t do it!!! Don’t go with any other realtor than Tami! She’s awesome always available and will listen to your needs and wants. You won’t regret having Tami as your realtor not only did she help us find the right home Before we started looking she helped us find the right company that would get us into our home. She will help you in any way you need.

Tami was my real estate pro when I sold my home in Modesto. She so impressed me that if anyone ever asked me about her skills and commitment to getting a sale done I would recommend her In a New York minute. We put our house on the market on a Tuesday and it was sold on the following Friday. She is outstanding in so many ways.

Tami has sold 4 houses for us over the past few years and always does an excellent job on everything. This last rental home needed some basic remodeling/refreshing, so Tami recommended a contractor and helped us supervise the project by sending pics and updates. There are many qualities that make Tami a great realtor--she is honest & trustworthy, very savvy & patient, very experienced and knowledgeable, very creative, committed and passionate about her work, and always remains professional in handling the challenging moments that arise.
