Tad was referred to me by a colleague, who described him as an honest and trustworthy realtor, and my experience fully confirmed that. We first communicated before I moved to Farmville, and he was even willing to do a remote house tour for me at the time. Although that particular home did not end up working out, his willingness to help and his professionalism immediately earned my trust. Years later, when I was ready for a second, more serious round of house touring, I reached out to Tad again, and he immediately said yes and helped me schedule tours. Throughout the process, he was incredibly detail-oriented and always willing to share thoughtful, honest opinions about a home’s condition. As a first-time homebuyer, I was not familiar with many parts of the process or common practices, but his guidance made a huge difference and gave me confidence every step of the way. He was always prompt in responding to my questions and answered everything patiently and clearly. What really sets Tad apart is his thoroughness and willingness to personally check details that others might overlook. His years of property management experience allow him to identify potential issues even in small or easily missed areas. Beyond noticing obvious cracks or surface concerns, he would even examine ground-level dirt or standing water firsthand to better understand potential issues, something not many people are willing or able to do. He also played a key role in facilitating communication among the lender, the seller’s agent, the attorney, and me, which made the entire process much smoother and far less stressful. Tad is extremely patient and supportive. During my initial house tour, I spent over an hour carefully going through the home, and he was never impatient at all. Thanks to his professionalism, patience, honesty, and dedication, I was able to find a house that truly feels like the best fit for me.

I am so grateful and pleased that Tad was my buyers agent for the home I just bought. I really appreciate his knowledge of the area, his calm under pressure demeanor, his genuine desire to help when needed and his timely replies to calls and texts. I would recommend him to friends or family and trust he would do a excellent job for them also.

Tad was super easy to work with throughout the entirety of the selling experience. He was knowledgeable of the market and selling strategies to net us an above asking offer for our home. Communication was superb and he helped set up many appointments and inspections on our behalf. If we were to do it over, we'd choose him again!
