Our experience working with Lee was incredible from start to finish. We were very undecided on choosing who to list with and did our research. We believe we could not have made a better choice. He was very responsive and timely in all communication. He was also very good at educating us on the process and ensuring our interests were met. A small example of his dedication is that on his own initiative he went and met the septic company for us since we were no longer living in the area. He spent several hours taking pictures and understanding what we valued in the home for selling it and to be able to articulate it others. I would have no hesitations in advising someone to list or buy with him. He saw beyond quick cash or just getting the job done.

This was our first experience selling property, and Lee explained all the things we could do to improve our house. Lee did a great job of taking pictures of our property for the listing. It could not have been done better. He guided us through the entire selling experience and kept us posted on the status of the sale.
