TC and his team made our experience seamless and very easy. The extra concierge‘s service was amazing preparing to sell your home is hard enough so having our home cleaned by his cleaning team and the yard spruced up with his landscaping team made this process even easier. I have sold many homes but never received service like this, someone was always making sure we were aware of what was going on and what were the next steps. TC Hyatt and his team are the only team I would use in the future and refer friends and family to.

Relocation home sell.from Wa state to AZ. I chose him over another company. He walked us through the process listed the house correctly correctly. The house sold 8000 above list price.

TC was great. We had a short notice relocation. My husband & I were both working, commuting, had a one year old & I was very pregnant. We didn’t have a ton of time to deal with selling our house. TC took care of everything & was more than pleasnat to work with. We would highly recommend him & hands down work with him again!

We tried selling our home with another realtor first and had no luck. We retained TC and he immediately gave us excellent pointers on ways to improve our listing. We listened and followed his recommendations and our home was sold quickly. We were very happy with the service we received from TC.
