We have bought several houses over many years and our experience with Sy was outstanding! He is professional, knowledgeable and efficient, with excellent and timely communication skills. He was patient and kind as we took several months to find the correct place for this next stage of our life. We encountered a few challenges which he handled with a calm ease and was compassionate and courteous to all involved. We highly recommend Sy as your real estate agent.

Sy is very knowledgable in many aspects of real estate and it was very helpful in our recent house purchase. While walking the house and brainstorming how to reconfigure the floor plan to do what we wanted, Sy had some really good ideas that we are now implementing. I was very impressed with his ideas since me and my dad are both experienced contractors that have renovated quite a few houses and Sy’s ideas hadn't crossed our minds . Sometimes a good insight at the right time can be priceless. We have worked with Sy on 3 real estate transactions now over the last few years and I would highly recommend him. He has been very helpful, knowledgeable and he has always been very responsive when we have needed something from him. In short Sy has been everything we could wish for in a real estate agent. If you’re looking for a good real estate agent Sy is an excellent choice!

Sy did an amazing job with the sale of my home. His efficiency and dedication showed in every step of the process and it's everything you'd expect from a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), which only a small percentage of realtors even have this certification! Sy demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills when an issue arose with our home inspection. He quickly negotiated with the buyers that we would have the necessary repairs made before their purchase and made the transaction go as smoothly as possible. Anytime I'm back in the market wether it's to sell or to purchase a new home I'm using Sy!

Man, where do I even start!? Sy was freaking amazing - I feel like a lost puppy when it comes to understanding anything home buying related and Sy helped walked me through all the steps and went above and beyond to attend every meeting or showing. He negotiated for me and saved me $22,000. He even went out of his way to go back to the house MULTIPLE times to make sure everything was kosher. If I had any questions or concerns he was so quick to respond and always stay on top of things. When I would get stressed out, he was there to uplift me and remind me of the finish line and goal I set for myself! I will always use sign when purchasing my next homes. I could not do it without him and I want to say I cannot recommend him enough. Sy’s the Guy!! 10 out of 10 experience! ??
