Our family has been working with Susan since 2010. Susan has assisted us many times to find rental homes for our family. This year Susan helped us with the purchase of a brand new home. We are so thankful for Susan during this process too. We would have been lost with out her. We had a few issues come up with the builder and Susan was on top of it. She took so much weight off our shoulders during this purchase. Susan is a go getter and sees everything through. She's very quick on responding to everything we needed and all our questions. Her knowledge is superb. Susan does well explaining the process and following up on matters to keep us up to date. I appreciate how well she listens to what we need and what we are looking for. She always has our family's best interest at heart. Our children love her too. She's so sweet to them. I know when others use Susan as their realtor they will receive the same professionalism, care, and communication that we have received all these years. Susan was very helpful and communicative. When we first met her she came prepared with a range of what she thought we should list our home for with all the research and support. The number was spot on, and we sold our home the first day it was listed. She anticipated our questions before we askEd them and communicated about every little detail from people coming and leaving our house, communication with the buyer, closing, etc. She would be my number one choice for buying or selling a home in the Phoenix area again.

My wife and I worked with Susan for a ten year period that covered our first home purchase, rental, and sale of the house. Her thorough market knowledge, natural ability to discern the needs and preferences of our family, and her work ethic made this stressful process easy and enjoyable. We have worked with many real estate agents in other states since we first met Susan, and no one comes close to her ability. Susan has a very good understanding of the market, suggested a good sales price for my house, she's very engaging and gives feedbacks through the entire process. Her communication skills is simply out of this world and I'm glad I chose her as my realtor. I will recommend her services and will gladly transact with her in the future if I ever move back to Arizona. She made the entire process stress-free and smooth.
