Ginger was amazing to work with. She was invaluable helping us buying our first home. She is extremely knowledgeable and helped us understand the entire process whether it be touring, bidding, or closing. She also has an eye for finding potential problems with homes and helped us determine and understand the potential risks present at different properties. Sue is an amazing realtor and overall an outstanding human being! My wife and I were completely green (and still are) to the home buying experience. We contacted Ginger to get another realtor's opinion when selling my mother’s home. We were so impressed with Ginger’s knowledge, her professionalism, and her prompt communication skills, that we immediately knew she was the one. From start to finish, Ginger was amazing. She offered free staging which made the empty home much more inviting. She was always available to answer our questions, and her explanations were detailed and easy to understand. The home was listed on a Thursday, she held an open house on Saturday, and offers were due on Tuesday. We had seven offers and sold the home much above asking price. During the sale process, my mother passed away and Ginger was there to relieve us of all concerns relating to the home sale, which helped immensely during such an emotional and stressful time. She even sent us a beautiful bouquet of flowers. We could not be happier with the way Ginger handled the sale for us. She’s not only an exceptionally skilled realtor, but she’s also a genuinely kind and compassionate person. We highly recommend Ginger, and we will definitely ask Ginger to be our realtor when we sell our home.
