Ginger helped my parents purchase this condo a few years back and quickly became a favorite of my Mom’s. She always made a point of checking in with her whether it be through a phone call or stopping over. After they passed away, my sister and I took ownership of the condo. Unfortunately, we had to make the decision to sell recently. Ginger was the first person I called. She was extremely knowledgeable about the current market for our area, helped to stage the lower level, assisted me in signing documents electronically, and made the whole process go smoothly. She did a great job keeping me updated and very clearly laid out the offers for us. Ginger was very trust worthy and I will certainly utilize her expertise again in the future.

Ginger was a delight to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable about the current housing market and helped us effectively price our home. She was in constant communication with us throughout the process. Ginger beautifully staged the home to increase the number of offers that we received and found reliable subcontractors to clean and paint as needed. We will definitely recommend Ginger to anyone buying or selling a home.
