I've worked with Ginger across the purchasing of three houses, and she always makes the process easy to understand. She makes herself available for questions at flexible times and she is very knowledgeable about the process. She makes you feel like she cares about you as a person rather than just a client. She responds in a timely manner and at no point in the selling or purchasing of a home did I feel confused or uninformed. She is great to work with!

Ginger was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was incredibly knowledgeable about everything, even though our purchase was somewhat unusual. She went out of her way to get us answers, communicate with the sellers, the county, and the bank. She gave us honest advice and feedback and my husband and I both commented on how incredibly easy this purchase was, and that it was an enjoyable process. I can’t say enough good things about Ginger, she is honestly the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. Her knowledge of the area and real estate, along with her friendly and easygoing personality make it a no brainer if you’re looking for an agent.

As first-time homebuyers, it was great working with Ginger! She did a great job of breaking everything down for us, making it easy to understand things that were foreign to us. You can tell Ginger has great experience in the industry. We received a lot of helpful tips/tricks from her about the home-buying process, and for owning a home in general. Would recommend Ginger to anyone, she made what is usually a stressful process smooth and straightforward, and communicated with us durning the entire process. Felt that she went the extra mile multiple times for us, compared to other experiences I’ve heard from friends and families when working with realtors.

Ginger was awesome! From the first call to the final closing, she was there with, and for us every step of the way. She helped us getting our home ready to sell, did an excellent job of marketing it for us and getting it "seen", answered every single question we had along the way and was amazing with consistent and timely updates on everything and quick responses to all of our questions, she is an outstanding communicator. Could not have asked for a better experience during what would typically be a stressful time. Having Ginger helping us kept things relaxed and alleviated the anxiety. Highly recommend Ginger if you are selling or buying a home!

Ginger was amazing to work with. She was invaluable helping us buying our first home. She is extremely knowledgeable and helped us understand the entire process whether it be touring, bidding, or closing. She also has an eye for finding potential problems with homes and helped us determine and understand the potential risks present at different properties. She was extremely responsive and very personable, making buying a home as easy as it can be.
