Tabitha is absolutely hands down the best realtor and person we personally have ever worked with! We have bought and sold 11 homes over the years so I would say we have a lot of buyer/seller real estate experience under our belts. Tabitha is not only very personable, knowledgeable about the market and definitely has your best interest at heart. Tabitha will not leave you waiting she gets answers and the results show. We even had an issue after the purchase of our new home and she took care of it same day. She will be our forever realtor and if you get the chance to work with her JUMP on it! She will not disappoint you.

I am thankful that we decided to list our home with Sunny Parker Century 21 Results. When we decided to list the home for sale in late August 2022, the market had already started to soften for sellers. I realized that it was going to be more challenging to sell a home than in the previous months of 2022. However, both Sunny Parker and Tabitha Thomason were up for the task and used their amazing marketing skills to showcase the home. I was also extremely impressed with the depth of knowledge and expertise that our agent Tabitha Thomason has in the real estate market and she was invaluable in helping us with pricing the home and getting it ready for sale. So, after quickly receiving an offer, we were able to utilize Tabitha’s superior negotiating skills to help us achieve the best possible results. I am so very grateful that we were able to sell our home so fast and effortlessly and have also made some new friends (Tabitha and Sunny) in the process. They were there with us every step of the way in this process and we will use them going forth for all of our real estate needs.

Jerry was super friendly when helping me find a home that was a right fit for me. He is super passionate about his job and makes satisfying all his client’s needs his top priority. When it comes to buying or selling a home, Jerry is definitely the first person that comes to mind to help. I will definitely be going back to him for any future requests as I was super satisfied by his work etiquette.

I highly recommend giving Jerry a call if you're looking to buy, sell or invest. He is a hard worker, incredibly honest, and will treat your needs like he would his own as you look to make a house a home. I like to think that Jerry is like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you at all times. He really cares about his clients as well as the community and neighborhood he lives in.

Jerry is a great agent to work with and is always willing to help. He helped answer and explain any question or concern I had. He was excited to understand my needs and provided houses that fit what I was looking for. Definitely will use him again in the future!
