Steven worked with us to find the perfect 2nd home. We are not from the area, so we relied on his knowledge of local communities in both PA and NY. He worked with us to be able to see several properties in one day or weekend so we could maximize our time when house-hunting from a distance. We were able to complete many of the processes remotely, which made our buying experience so easy. Steven is great to communicate with and always responded to calls, texts and emails promptly.

I cannot recommend Steve strongly enough! I live out of area and was in the market for a second home, leaving me with limited availability and finances. Steve worked with me every step of the way. He accommodated my schedule, even doing a virtual walk-through when I could not make it to the area. He is knowledgeable about the market, area, and what to look for in a home. He is personable, responsive, and a lot of fun. I always felt that he acted with my best interest at heart. I will definitely use his services again.

What can I say about my experience with Steven? Steve, was amazing gave me his undivided Attention. Very accommodating, I lived 5 hours away in a different state. He set time aside and spend a whole day with me looking at houses. When we saw the last house, we both knew that this was My dream home. Steve fought for me, he negotiated for me had my back and Front LOL thanks again, I will highly recommend him.

My fiancé and I were lucky enough to have Steven as our agent when buying our first home. We absolutely loved working with him! He is not only a great realtor, but a great person. He is knowledgeable about homes and the home buying process, he thoroughly explained everything to us every step of the way, and he stayed in communication with us throughout the whole process. I can’t say enough good things! He made the whole process so easy and stress free for us. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better! I highly recommend working with Steven!
