Easy process. The team were available at any point to answer our (sometimes ignorant) questions. We were able to make an offer on a house we loved the first day it was on market and then listed our own home almost immediately after.

The Webb Group was great. The helped through the whole process making everything simple. I worked with Summer from there group and she was awesome. She not only helped was the purchase of the home but also with other questions and specifics we needed or were curious about in the surrounding areas.

I actually bought this house and sold this house through Steve. I started my house selling experience by trying to sell it on my own. I thought I could just put it on Trulia and Zillow and buyers would show up and it would be an easy process. What I discovered, with my house in particular, is there is a big difference between people being interested in a house and people actually purchasing a home. I went through three buyers before I closed on the house. The first deal busted because of a brutal home inspection, the second busted because of an extremely unfair appraisal. Even when we did get the home inspection and appraisal on our side the bank took three extra weeks to fund the deal. This whole process was extremely frustrating and chaotic. Steve was able to finally keep the deal together and my home finally closed with me in another state. He did this while handling all my frustrations in a calm manner. On a side note, the value my house finally sold for was far above what I expected to receive when I first started thinking about selling my home. All and all, I'd say using Steve was a very good decision. I recommend his team if you need to sell or buy your next home.
