If we could give him six stars we would! He recently helped us with the sale of our houseboat, and served as the broker for both us and the buyer. He guided us through the process in an easygoing spirit of good will and fairness to all. He is thoughtful, kind, and was very sharp in tracking details and troubleshooting problems before they even arose! He knows the law well , was always very patient in explaining all the details to us in a way that we could understand, and always made time to sit down with us to talk through our concerns. The best!

Steve Sekhon cares about people and he delivers. I first became aware of his people skills and on handling real estate details when I saw his open houses and his signs placed efficiently and professionally and then the houses presented well by his added little touches that give buyers that best impressions. He carried this focused style throughout our house buying process. He listened and incorporated our desires in his non-rushed manner. And that trait alone elevates Steve from others, but he applies his talents to the big picture items first and then the little details, all with his full focus. Steve found our dream home after first talking with us and patiently showing us a number of homes and with each one he zeroed in on our goal. Simply, Steve understands people and he professionally excels in his craft.

No amount of nice things said about Steve will ever be enough. I know without a doubt that I would not own my beautiful floating home without Steve by my side. Steve is the opposite of a pushy salesman. The first time we toured it, he quietly excused himself to give me time to explore and discuss with my wife. I knew that we had to have it within minutes of touring the home. I also knew that I was going to have competition. Thankfully, Steve knows everything there is to know about buying and selling floating homes. Since this was our first time exploring that market, he walked us through all of the expected costs, introduced us to some potential lenders, and helped us craft a competitive offer for our floating home. We were thrilled when our offer was accepted, but for Steve that’s when the real work started. He assembled a stellar team of professionals to help us make it through escrow, including a fabulous insurance broker, inspectors galore (hull, home, ect), and a contractor to address some hot issues for the bank. No matter what came up, I knew that I could count on Steve. Whether he was meeting with the contractor so that I didn’t have to miss work or following up with the lender multiple times a day, he always seemed to have a smile on his face. (Must be a side effect of hanging out on the docks!) I love my new forever home and am so thankful that I chose to work with Steve. You will be too!
