Steve is a delight to work with. Friendly, calm, punctual and smart, he made the process of buying our home smooth from start to finish. He helped supervise inspections and other appointments that I could not attend and has a wide network of professional contacts from inspectors to contractors and more. I couldn't recommend Steve more highly as a realtor and as a great human being!

Steve is a great Agent. He worked with me closely to optimize the value of my home and get the house sold. We ran into some frustrating bureaucratic issues with a permit and he went above and beyond to help get everything finalized. Selling a home can be a very emotional experience and he was the ideal person to have on my team. I'm incredibly grateful for all the support he gave me and highly recommend his services.

Steve was a pleasure to work with - buying a floating home was a new and difficult process for us and Steve’s knowledge and hand holding was invaluable. He was always responsive and very good at problem solving. Couldn’t recommend him more highly!

If we could give him six stars we would! He recently helped us with the sale of our houseboat, and served as the broker for both us and the buyer. He guided us through the process in an easygoing spirit of good will and fairness to all. He is thoughtful, kind, and was very sharp in tracking details and troubleshooting problems before they even arose! He knows the law well , was always very patient in explaining all the details to us in a way that we could understand, and always made time to sit down with us to talk through our concerns. The best!
