We were first time homebuyers when we started working with Trent and knew little to nothing about the process and what it entailed. Trent was super helpful throughout the process and was also really quick to reply to our questions. Highly recommend

Wendy Lippert is inexperienced and does not respect property. She was a buyer agent and we toured a house. She started to pull up vinyl flooring causing damage. She was so unhelpful and pessimistic. Everything was bad to her. She claimed a room was not a certain number or rooms. She caused us to lose a house that we liked because of her rude behavior toward the seller and did not know how to negotiate. We ended up finding another buyer agent as she is not helpful, rude, and disrespects seller property.

Amy helped procure the house I bought in May. She was my representative through the purchase. I found her to be very professional and if she didn’t know the answer to my questions, she VERY quickly got the answer for me. I highly recommend her as an agent. Prompt, thorough and professional.

Amy Rizer is an outstanding person to have in your corner if you are looking for a new home, or you want to sell one. As a real estate professional, Amy is an exceptional listener and really takes the time to understand what your needs are in a new home. I am also very impressed by her responsiveness. One day we met to discuss a potential new home and within a day she had several great listings for me to review. Amy Rizer is an extremely honest, detailed and professional in every sense of the word. She did a super professional job at providing the photography for my home which resulted in a quick sale. If you want a real quality realtor to represent you in your home search OR sale, you are done shopping. She will not deceive or provide you with shenanigans. Lucky to have had her in my corner.
