I want to thank Karen and Steve Freebery for all their hard work helping me with buying a new condo and selling my home simultaneously. They made me feel like I was their only client, they were always available to answer my questions, walked me through the process step by step and listened to my goals of buying and selling my home. The expectations set were right on target with no surprises. I appreciate all their hard work. Karen was AWESOME and words can not express my gratitude. Mr and Mrs Freebery were amazing people to work with! I started looking for a home in 2022 and didn’t have any luck. Worked with multiple realtors and it would never work out, recently in march of 2025 we met with the Freebery’s and from the start I knew that they would find a home for me and my family and that’s exactly how it went, first house they showed us was the last because we had a closed deal with the house and my wait was finally over. They made everything look so easy! Me and my family were close to giving up on looking for a home because we just had no luck but thanks to the Freebery’s they made me and my families dream on owning a home true!

Karen ensured she had detailed notes about homes we visited to support our decision making while also helping to keep track of the many small details of each home. Team Freebery worked very quickly, efficiently, and went above and beyond. The house buying process moved very fast for us and they took the time to explain, give next steps, got all the answers we needed, and worked hard to meet the deadlines of the house we chose and to educate us on the process. Team Freebery was wonderful at every turn from “let’s look at houses” to “OMG this is the one what do we do?!”
