Truly, Steve's customer service was unmatched. As a first time homebuyer I was so nervous about the process of it all - what to look for, how to go about the process, things I should be concerned about, etc. I asked questions along the way and was never made to feel dumb about it and every step was outlined so clearly. My husband and I wanted to sell our home in Philly and contacted Steve after a friend recommended him. We live a few states away now, and Steve made the process as easy as possible for us. He showed us the market in our neighborhood, helped us determine what to list the house at, set up showings, etc., all while answering all of our questions and alleviating our concerns. My wife and I are first time homebuyers and we had no idea what kind of ride we were in for in this market. Thankfully, we were in great hands with Steve.
