Jenna was top notch, really excellent. She is a person with it all, social, emotional, technological, and an expert negotiator. Jenna's knowledge allowed us to go from too low of an offer into a bidding war and we got the exact price we wanted. It matters to go with a realtor not only with expertise in their craft but also one who understands the area in which she covers. Jenna was approachable and gets back to you promptly, via various methods, texts, calls, or email or all three if she needed me to respond. Thanks Jenna, the process was so smooth thanks to you.

Jenna did an outstanding job assisting us in the sale of our lake home. She was professional, knowledgeable of marketplace, timely and responsive to our questions. She made an initial proposal on June 24th, placed on market July 1st, and sale closed on Aug 6th. Her communication skills were excellent in both accuracy and responsiveness. Jenna guided us through a unique negotiation process which resulted in a sale that met and exceeded our expectations both on price and closing date. We would recommend Jenna without reservation.

Great experience with Steve Bruggeman and his team at Oak Realty. He was kind enough to make his initial visit with us on a Sunday to accommodate our schedule. He got back to us promptly with comparable properties and his recommendation for an asking price. He was willing to discuss his price recommendation and altered it slightly in accordance with our wishes. We loved that he took his own pictures of the cabin, including the use of a drone for outside photos and the use of a Matterport to create an interactive view of the inside. The fact that he takes his own photos allows him to be flexible about the day and time of the photos; in fact, he changed the planned day to be sure the weather conditions were optimal for the outside photos. He even came back to take additional photos on a later date to ensure that the views of our property were ideal. Steve responds promptly to texts and if necessary, replies to a text with a phone call. He utilized some of his many contacts in the Annandale area to help us have the property ready to sell. This was the first time we had sold a place so we had many questions which he always answered with kindness. He gets to work early and encouraged us to text him early as he was often available at that time. We took advantage of that. We sold our place quickly thanks to Steve and his team. We have the highest respect for Steve and Oak Realty.
